YES!!!!!!
took me 30 mins got all achevments nad for those of u who cant get dirty luena
1. go to cheats and put ultramanseven/lunareclipse
2. go to shop buy "special services" 3 times
3. work till u have 1100 cash
4. buy 1 more "special services" and she will ask you to pay here 1000 bucks(the 100 is for the special service.)
NOTE: you do NOT have to do ethir storyline for this ending
